Full Description

ElastiKote® 5000 is an environmentally responsible low VOC, flexible, high performance, watertight, puncture resistant ready-to-use single component fluid-applied styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS) liquid resin used in the restoration of roof substrates such as: EPDM, PVC, Hypalon®, Spray Polyurethane Foam, Smooth Surfaced Asphalt BUR, TPO, Concrete, Galvanized Metal, Plywood, APP Mod-Bit Granule, Aluminum, Smooth Surfaced Coal Tar Pitch BUR, and Granular Surfaced SBS Modified Bitumen. Although ElastiKote 5000 can be used on asphalt roof substrates, the recommended protocol is ElastiKote Select Primer followed by Elastikote 5000. For further information refer to those Product Data Sheets. ElastiKote 5000 having a Solar Reflective Index of 107 enables the owner to maximize energy savings. To promote long lasting protection, ElastiKote 5000 is formulated to minimize ozone and UV radiation degradation vulnerability. ElastiKote 5000 is available in white, black, silver, light gray, clear, and custom colors in 5–gallon pails or 50–gallon (net by weight) drums.
