HYLOAD S/A (Self/Adhered) Membrane More info


The Hyload S/A Membrane is a composite membrane. The top layer is a 25 mil polymeric, reinforced self adhering membrane incorporating DuPont’s Elvaloy® KEE polymer. The bottom layer is 15 mils of SBS rubberized asphalt. The rubberized asphalt layer is covered with a release paper, which is discarded during installation.

At one edge of the SA with Drip Edge Membrane, the rubberized asphalt is held back 1-1⁄2”

Hyload SA SYNTHETIC BUTYL Membrane More info


The Hyload S/A Membrane is a composite membrane. The top layer is a 25-30 mil polymeric, reinforced membrane incorporating DuPont’s Elvaloy® KEE polymer. The bottom layer is 10 to 15 mils of high performance synthetic butyl adhesive. The butyl adhesive layer is covered with a release paper, which is discarded after installation.

HYPrime Primer More info


Hyprime Primer is a low VOC, oxidized asphalt emulsion primer, prepared with select asphalts, penetrating solvents and proprietary emulsifiers. Hyprime primer is an all-purpose primer and is to be used when adhering Hyload Self-adhering membranes to substrates including, but not limited to, fiberglass-faced gypsum sheathing, protection board, and CMU back up walls.

IKO Ener-Air More info


IKO Ener-Air is a rigid, polyisocyanurate foam insulation with high thermal properties. It is constructed from closed cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded on each side to coated glass fiber facers during the manufacturing process. IKO Ener-Air is designed to be non-structural sheathing in cavity wall, stud wall or cathedral ceiling construction. It is an air barrier with a high water vapour permeance and it has excellent water shedding capabilities.
