HyKote™ 500 WP BOND-Redi is a flexible, elastomeric, ready-to-use single component, fluid-applied, solvent based 100% rubber waterproofing membrane that is applied in a two-coat application process.

HyKote™ 500 WP BOND-Redi is a flexible, elastomeric, ready-to-use single component, fluid-applied, solvent based 100% rubber waterproofing membrane that is applied in a two-coat application process. HyKote™ 500 WP BOND-Redi is formulated to provide the tenacious adhesion necessary for fastener-free installation of insulation, drainage or protection panels. After allowing the membrane to properly cure (for 48 hours), the foundation can be backfilled.

HyKote™ 500 WP BOND-Redi is available in gray or green in 5–gallon pails or 50–gallon (net by weight) drums. HyKote™ 500 WP BOND-Redi is manufactured in our ISO 9001:2008 Registered facility located in Seville, Ohio.

HyKote™ WP 500 Bond-Redi is compliant with ICC, as it has passed the AC 29 requirements per an accredited independent laboratory.
